1. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

All published editorial copy, investigative pieces, graphics, photography, and brand identity elements are proprietary assets protected under the Nepal Copyright Act, 2059 (2002). Reproduction, syndication, or commercial redistribution without explicit written authorization from HamroBuzz Media is strictly prohibited.

2. User Discussions & Civic Moderation Rules

We welcome constructive public discourse. When posting comments on our stories, the following are strictly prohibited under the Electronic Transactions Act 2063 and National Penal Code 2074:

• Defamation, harassment, or malicious false accusations against any individual or institution.
• Hate speech or incitement against any ethnic, religious, or regional community.
• Dissemination of unverified hoaxes or public-panic material during live emergencies.

3. Commercial Advertising & Cancellation Terms

HamroBuzz provides free, open-access public journalism without consumer paywalls. For commercial sponsors and direct custom advertisers, campaigns may be rescheduled or cancelled with full credit if written notice is received 72 hours prior to scheduled ad activation.
